Let’s Get Healthy

According to a recent article in The Journal of the American Medical Association, the leading causes of death are preventable. More than 1/3 of all deaths are due to tobacco (435,000) and poor diet and lack of physical activity (400,000). The article stated, “poor diet and physical inactivity may soon overtake tobacco as the leading cause of death”. We urge you to make the decision to take charge of your health.
